Belly Fat – What’s the risk?

July 23rd, 2010 by David Hawkins

Wanted to share another great video from my friends at Beachbody. Find out if you are at risk for Heart Disease, Type II Diabetes, Stroke, Sleep Apnea and other long term diseases. A simple measurement can provide you with the answers.

My follow up question is: Are you at risk?

What are you doing today that will minimize your risk for the future? The current state of your body is a result of your past decisions and the future state of your body is based on the decisions you are making today. If you are at risk – take steps today to decrease your risk. If you aren’t at risk – take steps today to ensure that you won’t be at risk in the future.

Please share this with anyone that you know that might benefit from this information. You can share with your friends on Facebook and Twitter by clicking the links above.
